How do repair jobs work?

You open a job card for the customer’s device, capture the IMEI or serial number, log the fault and notes, add labour and parts from your catalogue, and move the job through to completion. How does parts ordering work?

From any repair job or cash sale you can raise a part request — even for items not yet in stock. The line gets a “pending stock” status and is tracked until the part arrives and is fulfilled.
